Meredith is a native of Asheville, a mother of three, nature enthusiast and lover of wellness!
For over two decades, she has immersed herself in different modalities of holistic wellness, ranging from nutrition, herbalism, and yoga to now: offering massage.
For many years, she was interested in massage as a way to serve others, and in early 2022 she had the opportunity to receive training through the WNC School of Massage. The experience was a natural fit! Now, Meredith has the honor and joy of using her gifts and skills to bless people with restorative and healing practices.

Merry Heart Massage offers two types of massages that tailor to your specific needs and wellness goals.
Therapeutic Relaxation Massage
Therapeutic Relaxation Massage consists of long, broad strokes and light to medium pressure. It is a full body experience intended to help you relax and relieve stress, while utilizing targeted pressure on any "trigger points". It is also ideal for those with sensitivity to touch, conditions such as fibromyalgia or those with chronic, widespread pain.

Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage uses medium to firm pressure all over the body while focusing on "trigger points" that cause targeted and referred pain. Neuromuscular Therapy is a more specific and targeted approach to a group of muscles that cause chronic pain and limited mobility. Both types are great for sports or injury recovery, or just spots that need more attention.
